dingz × Matter: proof of concept successful
Our Matter proof of concept is successful. dingz is an Adopter Member of the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA) and has secured its own CSA Vendor ID. Matter for dingz: coming soon.
Matter is the open standard that lets smart home devices from different manufacturers work together. For dingz, we have reached an important milestone on this path: our proof of concept is successful.
What we have achieved
- Proof of concept: the dingz Matter prototype works.
- CSA member: iolo AG is an Adopter Member of the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA), the organisation behind Matter.
- CSA Vendor ID: we have secured our own manufacturer ID, a prerequisite for certification later on.
Tested live at ineltec and Bauen & Modernisieren
We presented the prototype live at ineltec 2026 and at Bauen & Modernisieren in Zurich. Many visitors tried it out and put it through its paces. Interest was high, and the feedback goes straight into further development.
What comes next
Now we are tackling the next steps. Our goal: to turn “coming soon” into a concrete date soon.
