Meter42 becomes part of dingz
With the acquisition of Meter42 AG, dingz has built up additional know-how in metering. Meter42 is now fully integrated.
We are proud of this step: at the beginning of 2026, with the acquisition of Meter42 AG, we brought additional know-how and technological developments in metering to dingz.
Now the next step is complete: Meter42 AG has been fully integrated into iolo AG under company law and is now part of the further development of dingz.
Why we are doing this
With the additional know-how and the existing developments of Meter42, we are expanding and securing our expertise in metering, with an eye on tomorrow's market needs.
What exactly will come of it, and when, we are deliberately leaving open today. One thing is clear: we think ahead and have plenty more planned.
