Conventional cabling

Our switches work through standard wiring. They are suitable for both new housing and renovation.

The big advantage is that you can switch from a standard installation to a smart home in the blink of an eye. Simply replace the old switches. The connection remains the same.

Once connected, the dingz is immediately operational with standard functionalities, and can be tested without the need for any configuration or application. Buttons will be assigned to the same output connected.

Use our installer app to assign and define outputs precisely (type of input, dimming, initialization of blinds, etc.), save configuration, connect your dingz to your Wi-Fi and generate a configuration PDF file.

dingz base

Our switches work through standard wiring. They are suitable for both new housing and renovation. The dingz base has 4 separately dimmable outputs or 2 blind motors. These outputs are independent of the front.

Grouping of blinds

Depending on the desired logic, the blinds can be controlled via 1 or 2 buttons. The slats can be adjusted by long presses or by the app.

If the blind wires are crossed, we simply reverse the raising and lowering of the blinds on the app. The M1 & M2 wiring remains the same. 

Device configuration

Each connected device can be configured according to preference without changing the wiring. Simply assign new buttons in the app.

Smart on demand

Once the dingz are connected to the home network, the possibilities are multiplied by ten with other compatible devices.

Any product with an open API can be controlled by the switches or control it.

Est-ce que dingz possède une API ?

Oui, dingz est accessible via une API REST, la documentation sur https://api.dingz.ch

Que faire si dingz ne fonctionne pas ?

Si votre interrupteur dingz ne fonctionne pas, les mesures suivantes sont possibles :

1) Éteignez puis rallumez votre interrupteur dingz

2) Réinitialisez les paramètres d'usine (la connexion au WiFi est perdue et votre commutateur dingz doit être reconfiguré)

Comment puis-je charger la configuration standard de dingz ?

Appuyez simultanément sur les deux touches diagonales 1 et 4 et maintenez-les enfoncées pendant 10 secondes. La LED clignote 5 fois alternativement en blanc et en rouge, ce qui rétablit les paramètres du commutateur dingz à la configuration standard. La connexion au WiFi n'est pas perdue.

Comment puis-je programmer Philips Hue et Sonos ?

Sonos & Phillips Hue doivent d'abord être configurés. Sélectionnez « Sonos & Hue » dans le menu en haut à gauche et recherchez des appareils Sonos ou autorisez le Phillips Hue Bridge pour dingz. Vous devez être connecté au même réseau Wi-Fi.

Est-il possible de rétrograder le dingz FW ?

Non, une mise à jour du dingz FW ne peut pas être annulée pour des raisons de sécurité.

Comment puis-je mettre à jour le FW de dingz ?

Si une nouvelle version FW est disponible pour dingz, elle sera affichée dans l'application dingz. Vous pouvez ensuite choisir vous-même sur quel dingz la nouvelle version de FW doit être installée.
